There were some that questioned the development of luxury apartments on Dayton’s Riverfront. But since opening for rent this spring the development is currently 61.22% occupied and 68% pre-leased according to Scott Siebel, Tapestry on the River’s Community Manager.

“We saw a need for luxury apartment homes in this area, comparable to what you would find downtown, especially those appealing to professionals who desire upscale urban living on the water’s edge,” said Tami Stertmeyer, regional vice president of Arlington. “With that in mind, we created a resort-style experience just minutes from downtown, emphasizing outdoor gathering and entertaining spaces, fire pits and grilling stations, and dining terraces with soft seating. These community features will complement the Manhattan Harbour Riverwalk, adjacent to our front door, which is ideal for biking and walking.”

Tapestry on the River has 263-luxury apartments in four, 4-story controlled access buildings, with elevators and conditioned interior hallways. Approximately 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati, the location will provide spectacular views of the Ohio River, ample resident parking, bike storage, and class “A” amenities.

The 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes offer open floorplans and exceptional closet and storage space. Each apartment will have a chef-inspired kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, pendant lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The community has a resident social and sports lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi in those areas, a premium coffee/tea bar, fitness and yoga studio, and a resort-style saltwater pool. There are non-smoking and pet-friendly buildings available.
