The eighth annual state ORA Power Ranking ranks the top properties in each state and the District of Columbia based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores.
To be eligible for the April state ORA Power Ranking, a property must have a minimum of 20 reviews on various review sites and ILSs and a minimum of a 75 ORA score as of March.
Arlington communities included in the April 2022 ORA Power Rankings are:
–20 Midtown, Birmingham, AL – ORA Score 96 – Rank in State #7
–Sweetwater, Baton Rouge, LA – ORA Score 97 – Rank in State #4
–Tapestry Bocage, Baton Rouge, LA – ORA Score 95 – Rank in State #8
Among the 493 properties listed this month, 405 properties, or 82%, scored at or above a 90 ORA.
The ORA score is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across various review sites and ILSs. Each month, J Turner Research monitors the online ratings of more than 128,000 properties nationwide. Using a statistical model, a single score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to each property. This score serves as a benchmark to compare a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against the competition.
