BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Arlington Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Kendall Howard as Director of Accounting. In this role, Kendall will lead the company’s accounting operations, with a focus on strengthening financial processes, improving efficiency, and supporting scalable growth across the portfolio.
Kendall brings strong accounting leadership experience with a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable systems. She joins Arlington from Graham & Company, where she served as Director of Accounting overseeing a portfolio of approximately 125 properties. During her time there, she led key process enhancements and implemented Yardi solutions across multiple workflows to support more efficient and scalable financial operations.

In her new role, Kendall will focus on optimizing accounting workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting the company’s continued expansion through strong financial management practices.
Kendall holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Outside of work, Kendall enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and values time with family and friends.
