BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Oct. 21, 2026) — Arlington Properties has announced the promotion of Casey Hawk to Area Manager, recognizing her strong operational leadership, proven results, and continued growth within the organization.

Casey joined Arlington Properties in March 2025 as a Community Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Since joining the company, she has made a significant impact through her ability to strengthen operations, improve performance, and drive meaningful results for her communities.

Her success quickly led to a promotion to Senior Community Manager, where she expanded her responsibilities and continued to demonstrate a talent for identifying opportunities, developing effective strategies, and leading teams toward success.

In her new role as Area Manager, Casey will build on that experience, bringing her strong business discernment, results-driven approach, and commitment to operational excellence to an expanded portfolio. Her promotion reflects the impact she has had in a relatively short time with Arlington and the confidence placed in her continued leadership.

“Casey has an ability to recognize opportunities, bring people together around a common goal, and turn ideas into results. Her drive, leadership, and commitment to her teams have made a tremendous impact at Arlington, and we are excited to see her continue to grow and take on this next opportunity,” said Justin Brown, Regional Manager.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with her three children, Caleb, Chey’Ann, and Courtney, along with her two kittens, Benedict and Barbie, and their dog, Charlie.

Arlington Properties congratulates Casey on this well-deserved promotion and looks forward to her continued success as Area Manager.
