Mayte" began her journey with Arlington Properties in 2017 as an Assistant Manager at Tapestry Long Farm. Her strong leadership and dedication quickly led to a promotion to Community Manager at Tapestry Bocage, where she was honored with Arlington's "Rookie of the Year" award in 2018.![]()

A consistent champion of excellence, Mayte' has earned industry recognition, earning the prestigious J Turner ORA 1% Elite in Customer Service for five consecutive years. In 2020, she assumed the role of Senior Manager, overseeing The Retreat at Brightside, Arlington's first student housing community. Her outstanding performance culminated in being named Community Manager of the Year in 2024.![]()
