Brown’s real estate portfolio includes apartment communities in Metro Birmingham. He is on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Apartment Association and Greater Birmingham Apartment Association (GBAA), where he was also named Regional Manager of the Year 2022. Additionally, he serves as the 2023 treasurer for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM Alabama Chapter 43).
