BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Sept. 3, 2026) — Arlington Properties has announced the promotion of Montana Jackson to Area Manager, recognizing her leadership, multifamily experience, and commitment to the teams, residents, and communities she serves.
Jackson joined Arlington Properties in January 2026 as a Senior Community Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Since joining the company, she has quickly made an impact within the Birmingham market, embracing new challenges and demonstrating a strong ability to lead and support those around her.
Throughout her time as a Senior Community Manager, Jackson has remained focused on creating exceptional experiences for residents while strengthening the communities she serves. Her solutions-oriented approach, willingness to take on challenges, and genuine investment in people have helped position her for continued growth within the organization.
In her new role, she will continue to build strong teams and communities while bringing her focus on operational excellence and the resident experience to her expanded portfolio.
