Birmingham, Ala.—June 27, 2023—Natalie Daugherty has been named Director of Operations for Arlington Properties. She began her property management career as a leasing consultant in 2009, rising in the ranks to assistant manager, and in 2015 joined Arlington Properties as the community manager of Legacy Crystal Lake, a significant Florida asset in Arlington Properties’ management portfolio.
In 2022, Daugherty transitioned to Arlington’s Operations Team as an Operations Specialist. Her industry awards include Arlington’s “Can Do Attitude” recipient in 2016 and winning Arlington’s Community Manager of the Year in 2018.
