Arlington Properties has been awarded the property management contract for Martin on Main, Louisville, Kentucky.

Now leasing, Martin on Main offers micro-studios, studio apartments, and one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 515 to 922 sq. ft.

Martin on Main was developed by Winebrenner Capital Management, LLC, Louisville, Kentucky.

“We’re delighted to be part of the Winebrenner team offering this new living option in Louisville. Their excitement for the development is infectious, and attention to detail and the quality of construction, design, and finishes are unparalleled in this market. Martin on Main will be the place to be and to be seen.”
