Arlington Properties recently announced that it sold Velo Shelby Farms in Memphis, TN to Passco Companies, based in Irvine, CA.
Arlington Properties will retain management of the 267-unit community adjacent to the iconic Shelby Farms Park. Velo Shelby Farms was developed and built by Arlington in 2021.
