BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – [April 27, 2026] — Arlington Properties announced the promotion of Jessica Sanchez from Senior Community Manager to Area Manager, recognizing her exceptional leadership, dedication, and outstanding performance since joining the company in 2021.
Sanchez began her career as a Leasing Consultant in property management in 2012 and has flourished with her continued growth in the industry. Since joining Arlington Properties, she has consistently demonstrated a true commitment to excellence, successfully navigating complex challenges, delivering strong results, and earning the trust and respect of her teams and leadership alike.
In her new role, Sanchez will oversee assets across the South Carolina and North Carolina region. Her accomplishments include managing both stabilized communities and lease-up developments.
Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and also holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation. Outside of work, Sanchez enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their dog, Nova.
Known as a servant leader, Sanchez is recognized for her dedication to developing others, leading with integrity, and fostering strong, collaborative teams. Her impact across the Arlington portfolio has been significant, and this promotion reflects her continued growth and success within the organization.
