(March 23, 2026)–Arlington Properties, LLC, a Birmingham-based multifamily management firm, has been awarded management of Zen City Center, a luxury apartment community located at 177 Wilshire Drive in Troy, Michigan, marking it the company’s first property management engagement in the state.
