BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — (Oct. 8, 2025) — Arlington Properties has been awarded the property management contract for The Flats at East Bay, a luxury apartment community located at 9376 Twin Beech Road in Fairhope. Arlington will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, maintenance and resident services. The company brings decades of experience in multifamily management and development, with a reputation for excellence in customer service and community engagement.
With Arlington’s oversight, the property will continue its mission of delivering modern, coastal-inspired living supported by exceptional service and amenities.
The Flats at East Bay offer a variety of spacious floor plans, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to meet the needs of individuals, couples and families. One-bedroom layouts range between 815 and 885 square feet, two-bedroom apartments span approximately 1,093 square feet, and three-bedroom residences reach nearly 1,364 square feet.
Each apartment home features upscale finishes such as energy-efficient appliances, 3-centimeter granite countertops, designer subway tile backsplashes, and large kitchen islands. Residents enjoy coastal white custom cabinetry, in-unit washers and dryers, wood-style flooring, walk-in closets with wood shelving, ceiling fans, USB port outlets and private patios or balconies with outdoor storage in select homes.
The community itself provides a robust package of amenities designed to enhance the resident experience. A resort-style pool with a sundeck and Baja shelf serves as the centerpiece of the property, complemented by an expansive 24-hour fitness center and a resident clubhouse with lounge and conference spaces. A dedicated game room with a pool table, an outdoor fire pit with seating, lawn games and outdoor kitchens add to the social atmosphere.
