BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (September 9, 2025) Arlington Properties recently announced the promotion of Keylee Burnham to Digital Advertising & SEO Lead, where she will oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including paid media, search engine optimization strategy, website development, and performance reporting across key platforms.

Burnham began her career with Arlington nearly a decade ago in a leasing and marketing role. Over the years, she has built a unique blend of experience in both site operations and strategic marketing, giving her valuable insight into how digital initiatives can directly support onsite success.

In recent years, Burnham has led marketing initiatives across the Gulf Coast region, with a focus on brand visibility, campaign performance, and local SEO. Known for aligning data-driven strategies with real-time execution, she has delivered measurable results while making digital marketing more accessible to teams in the field.

In her new role, Burnham will shape Arlington’s paid media strategy across search, display, and social platforms; enhance SEO performance for property websites and listings; streamline workflows for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting; and collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to drive performance insights. She will also lead the evolution of Arlington’s digital roadmap and vendor strategy.

Burnham holds a BSBA in Marketing with a Marketing Management Concentration from the University of South Alabama. She has a Certified Apartment Manager designation and serves as president-elect of the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association. She has received multiple industry honors, including the MBAAA President’s Award, and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and dedication to elevating Arlington’s marketing presence.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, often at the ballpark or relaxing with family by the fire.
