Birmingham, Ala. (July 11, 2025) —Arlington Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Daidone as Executive Director of Facilities. With more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Daidone brings a wealth of knowledge in team leadership, project and budget management, and risk mitigation.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and deep operational expertise, Daidone has successfully led large-scale capital projects and supported property acquisitions and dispositions across the Southeast. His experience building high-performing maintenance teams across multiple portfolios has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the field.
Daidone began his career as an entry-level technician with Bell Partners, advancing to Regional Maintenance Manager and Project Manager. He most recently served as Director of Maintenance for a Birmingham property management firm, where he implemented a safety program that significantly reduced workplace incidents and launched training initiatives that improved employee retention and internal advancement.
He holds certifications in EPA, HVAC, and OSHA standards and is highly skilled in process improvement, safety compliance, and capital needs assessments. His collaborative approach to planning has helped align maintenance operations with broader organizational goals.
“Ryan’s journey from the field to executive leadership gives him a unique perspective on the importance of strong maintenance operations, said President of Property Management Tammy Wyble. We are excited to welcome him to our team.”
Daidone’s passion for property operations began early, having entered the industry right out of school. That experience shaped his deep appreciation for the role of maintenance in supporting thriving communities.
