BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (June 25, 2025)– Arlington Properties, LLC announced today that Christa Heiser has joined the company as Regional Property Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience in multifamily property management to the role.
Before joining Arlington, Heiser served as Vice President of Property Management at Ackermann Group, where she oversaw operations for a portfolio exceeding 4,900 multifamily units and commercial spaces. Her career includes progressive leadership positions such as Director of Operations and Regional Manager, during which she played a key role in scaling operations, boosting financial performance, and leading successful lease-ups in diverse markets.
