Tapestry Northridge, developed, built and managed by Arlington Properties, is nearing completion.
This is the second community that Arlington has developed in Jackson, MS. The first was The District Lofts in 2016.
Tapestry Northridge, designed to appeal to professionals who want an upscale suburban living experience in a resort-style setting, is located near downtown Jackson and the thriving Ridgeland area. It will feature an outdoor dining and gaming lawn, cyber cafe, fitness center, yoga room, outdoor pavilion with big screen TVs and fireplace, cabanas, and grilling stations. The community will also have an urban garden, outdoor seating lounge, grand lawn, a pet spa and a dog park. Additional amenities for the apartment community will include a luxury clubhouse, fitness center, pool and other services and amenities. Northridge is scheduled for occupancy in 2020.
