Danial Picknell joined Arlington Properties in 2018 as a community manager in Florida, transferring to Alpharetta, GA, two years ago to manage assets in the metro Atlanta portfolio.
During his 15-year career in residential property management, he has received numerous industry recognitions, including Assistant Manager of the Year, Community Manager of the Year, and Community of the Year.
Danial’s scope of experience spans multiple lease-ups, takeovers, due diligence, and significant capital projects.
He will begin his new role in August 2022 as Area Manager, responsible for select communities in Alabama and Mississippi.
