Arlington Properties, based in Birmingham, Ala., recently added a fourth mid-western apartment community to its property management portfolio in Ohio.
Arlington Properties, Inc. began its mid-Western expansion in 2018 with the development and construction of Tapestry on the River and Tapestry Park Polaris. Arlington Construction Services served as the General Contractor on those projects, and Arlington Properties – Management Division began leasing the communities in 2019.
