BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Sept. 8, 2026) — Arlington Properties has announced the promotion of Sarah Thomas to Area Manager, recognizing her continued growth with the company, strong leadership, and willingness to take on new challenges throughout her career.

Sarah began her Arlington Properties career as a Leasing Consultant in Birmingham before rejoining the company in 2022 as a Community Manager. Since returning to Arlington, she has steadily expanded her responsibilities, taking on increasingly complex assignments and developing as a leader.

As Community Manager, Sarah oversaw both residential and commercial operations within a mixed-use community. She later added two additional Birmingham-area communities to her responsibilities before advancing to Senior Community Manager. Along the way, she aligned with ownership expectations, helped stabilize communities, and improved daily operations.

Sarah’s ability to embrace challenges and step into new opportunities has been a defining part of her growth with Arlington. Her commitment to her teams and her desire to continue developing as a leader have prepared her well for this next step.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her children, Theo and Annie.
