Mary Beth recently joined colleagues from the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association as a panel member for the Jaguar Real Estate Club Lunch & Learn at the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama.![]()
She and other MBAAA colleagues shared real-world experience with 20–25 students, many of whom are currently studying Principles of Real Estate. The timing was intentional, as students are currently covering Marketing & Tenant Retention and Understanding the Lease in their coursework.![]()
The discussion centered on real estate career exploration and the many rewarding opportunities available in our industry — along with the positive impact involvement in professional organizations like the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association can have on long-term career success.![]()
