BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — (Nov 12, 2025) — Arlington Properties announced today that Mary Beth Taylor, has joined the company’s leadership team as Regional Property Manager for its expanding Gulf Coast Market, which includes Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Florida Panhandle.
Taylor, who has both CAM® and CAPS® designations, brings more than 20 years of multifamily industry experience, with a strong background in conventional management, lease-ups, and value-add communities. A results-driven professional, she was named Portfolio Supervisor of the Year by the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association in 2024, in recognition of her commitment to operational excellence and leadership in the field.

As Regional Property Manager, Taylor will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative performance of multiple properties across the Gulf Coast. She will play a critical role in aligning on-site operations with corporate objectives and industry standards, and in developing strategies that enhance asset value, revenue growth, and occupancy performance.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Taylor leads Purses with Purpose, a charitable initiative founded within the apartment industry that provides purses filled with essential items to women in need.
