BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — [October 6, 2025] — Arlington Properties announced today that Gwen Peters has been named Director of Brand Strategy & Engagement, a newly defined role designed to align with both her expertise and the company’s evolving marketing strategy.

Peters has been instrumental in shaping Arlington’s marketing program, leading initiatives that established brand standards, built digital platforms, launched campaigns, and guided the team through periods of significant growth and transformation. Her deep knowledge of the Arlington brand and business has left a lasting impact on the organization.

In her new role, Peters will lead high-impact marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects, supporting the marketing department’s evolution. She will remain an integral part of the marketing team long term, contributing to branding, transition management, and company-wide growth initiatives, while also mentoring and supporting team members through knowledge transfer and onboarding.
