BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Oct. 15, 2025) — Arlington Properties has announced the promotion of Crystal Diaz from community manager to regional property manager, recognizing her leadership, dedication, and outstanding performance over the past several years with the company.
Diaz began her career in property management in 2008 and has since built a distinguished background spanning co-ops, condominiums, and multifamily housing. Since joining Arlington Properties in 2016, her passion for people and commitment to operational excellence have propelled her through the ranks from assistant community manager to community manager and now to regional manager.
In her new role, Diaz will oversee assets across the Florida region. Her accomplishments include managing both stabilized communities and lease-up developments, earning a Property of the Year Award for exceptional performance.
Diaz holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in business management and is a licensed Community Association Manager. She is currently pursuing her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation to enhance her expertise further.
Beyond her professional achievements, Diaz is an active community leader. She serves on the Friends of the Foundation Committee with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) and recently completed two years as treasurer of her daughter’s PTA board.
Outside of work, Diaz enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their two dogs: Scruffy, a Goldendoodle, and Abby, a Yorkiepoo. A dedicated volunteer, she coordinates the Guest Experience Team at her church and participates in community outreach programs focused on feeding and supporting families in need.
