BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Oct. 13, 2025) — Arlington Holding Company (ACH), and affiliates, Arlington Development, Arlington Construction Services, Arlington Properties, and Professional Building Services, today announced the launch of its 2025 United Way campaign, ‘Why We Unite,’ a companywide initiative dedicated to advancing the mission of United Way of Central Alabama: improving lives and strengthening communities.

Through this annual workplace campaign, AHC encourages team members to make a difference by contributing either one-time or by recurring monthly donations to United Way via payroll deduction.
United Way’s trusted, systematic approach ensures that every dollar raised is carefully monitored — and often matched — to maximize impact. Donors may designate a specific community or organization to support programs that provide essential services, such as delivering meals, mentoring youth, supporting veterans and empowering families in need.
