Tammy Wyble to Serve as President, Greater Birmingham Apartment Association
Term begins January 2020
Arlington Properties today announced that Tammy M. Wyble, president of Arlington Properties property management division, has been elected to serve as President of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association (GBAA). Her one-year term begins January 2020.
“It is an honor to serve the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association as we continue our goal to provide professional services, events, and education for our members,” Wyble says. “I look forward to leading the organization as we work to share valuable information and resources on multifamily Industry trends and initiatives that keep our members up to date and informed.”
A multi-family industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience, Wyble joined Arlington Properties in 2006, and since 2012, has served in the capacity of its’ president of property management.
Greater Birmingham Apartment Association, is comprised of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers, and seeks to promote a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public. Through programs and advocacy, the GBAA seeks to enhance and promote the multifamily industry as a resource for education, networking and community involvement.
The organization represents over 400 members, including 40,000+ units in the Greater Birmingham area. Areas of service include: Jefferson, Shelby, Tuscaloosa, St. Clair, Walker, Fayette, Lamar, Pickens, Blount, Talladega, Calhoun, Cleburne, Clay and Randolph counties.
