Development And Acquisition
Arlington Properties’ Development and Acquisition division specializes in Class A properties created to serve the investment interests of our partners and housing needs of our residents. We manage the full scope of development activities, including site selection, due diligence, site and space design, project management, construction management and asset management. Since our founding, we have developed and rehabilitated more than 25,000 multifamily units. We are committed to making long-standing and positive impacts in our communities, and strive to be a responsible and welcomed neighbor. When developing our properties, we collaborate with our property management and construction divisions, which adds creative input from multiple perspectives.
