TATTERSALL AT TAPESTRY PARK

Tattersall at Tapestry Park is a 279-unit mid-rise luxury apartment community with a 535-space parking deck, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The property is currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2009. Tattersall is the second phase within the mixed-use development known as Tapestry Park, located just north of the intersection of J. Turner Boulevard and Southside Boulevard. The first phase, completed in June 2008, consists of 52 condominium units, approximately 50,000 square feet of retail space, 15,000 square feet of office space, and the 96-room Hotel Indigo.

Tattersall will consist of one four-story residential building wrapped around a four-story parking deck on three sides. On the ground floor of the first phase will be the leasing center and clubhouse, a fitness center, a computer center for resident use, a game room with pool table, and a resident café with a large-screen television, wireless Internet, and space for relaxing and resident interaction. Additional amenities include a lakefront walking trail, mail kiosk, swimming pool with sundeck, car wash, outdoor barbeque grill, and trash compactor.

The project will have 13 different floor plans containing one, two, and three bedroom units. All plans contain carpeted dining rooms, living rooms, and bedrooms; tile kitchens and baths; and an outdoor patio, deck, or small Juliet-style balcony. The master bathroom contains a garden tub and/or walk-in shower, vanity, and a large walk-in closet with wire shelving. The walls are trimmed with baseboard in every room and nine-foot ceilings in the kitchen, and dining rooms are trimmed with crown molding. Adjacent to the kitchen is a granite-topped desk area large enough for a computer with monitor and printer.
