CAHABA VILLAGE

Cahaba Village is Mountain Brook, Alabama's first village with residential over retail. The development goal of Arlington Properties and Bayer Properties was to create a neighborhood village with luxury town homes and a diverse mix of service-orientated shops. The development includes 22 luxury town homes above retail, which makes the boutique village unique in the area. Among the specialty retailers at Cahaba Village are Whole Foods Market, Newk's, Manhattan South, Peterbrooke Chocolatier, Mountain High Outfitters, Jennifer Hunt Fine Art and Photography Gallery, Jilbere: an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, Fleet Feet Sports, Ritz Camera, FedEx Kinko's, and Bryant Bank. Ingram and Associates, The Condominium Shoppe, is the real estate marketing agency for the town homes. Cahaba Village was designed by CMH Architects with landscape design by Nimrod Long and Associates. Brice Construction Company was the general contractor for the retail. Arlington Construction Services, LLC was general contractor for the residential segment.
