Arlington's Development & Acquisition team is fortified by the stability and expertise of two sister divisions, Construction Services and Property Management. With four decades of experience building and improving multifamily communities, Arlington Construction Services is a key player in the due diligence process. Our construction managers are multifamily and mixed-use building experts. This expertise allows our Development & Acquisition professionals to make well-informed decisions. It means we can provide reliable information and advice, from the budgeting stage right through the final build-out. Likewise, our experienced Property Management team begins work on each community well before any property is purchased. They are skilled at evaluating potential acquisitions and developments and can anticipate challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
