Arlington Properties, Inc., Promotes William Morris, Jr. to Vice President of Development
Arlington Properties recently announced the promotion of William Morris, Jr., to vice president of development. Morris has worked with Arlington since 2015 as a development associate. In this new position he will be responsible for all aspects of real estate development, including market and site selection, entitlements, design, finance, investor relations, and asset management.
“William’s role in Arlington’s development strategy has become increasingly important as our company continues to expand. His market knowledge and exceptional leadership capabilities have served us well and we congratulate him on this significant promotion,” said Jim Dixon, president of Arlington Properties, Inc.
Morris has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and Master’s degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He is a supporter of the United Way of Central Alabama, spearheading Arlington’s internal United Way Pacesetter Campaign in 2017.
