William Hulsey joined Arlington Properties in December 1976 and has inspired its growth since then. He continues to lead the company's management team with the same careful and well-structured business acumen that has seen Arlington grow from its founding in 1969 as a small construction firm specializing in multifamily and commercial properties to the diverse and vibrant company that it is today. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Mr. Hulsey is currently a member of its National Advisory Board and of the President's Cabinet of The University. He is also a trustee of Birmingham Southern College and has received an Honorary Doctor of Laws from that institution. Mr. Hulsey has served as Chairman of the Birmingham Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and as president of the Eye Foundation Hospital and The Rotary Club of Birmingham. A long-time resident of Birmingham, he is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Kent Graeve became president and chief operating officer of Arlington Properties in April 2000. He came to Arlington with more than 20 years of experience in development, ownership, and financing of commercial properties. Under his leadership, the company has continued to expand its core business: development, construction, and management of multifamily properties. At the same time, the company has ventured into new areas such as mixed-use developments. His civic activities have included board positions at Shelby Medical Center, Baptist Medical Center, St. Vincent's Hospital, Region 2020, Horizon 280, and Cristo Rey Holy Family High School, and trustee of the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Graeve has been very involved in the leadership of the apartment industry as well. He has served as regional vice president and board member of the National Apartment Association and is past president of both the Birmingham and Alabama Apartment Associations. He is a graduate of Creighton University and a native of Earling, Iowa.

Bill Daniel has been with Arlington Properties since March 1994 serving as Vice President-Finance/CFO of Arlington Properties, Inc. and Arlington Construction Services, LLC, overseeing and coordinating accounting and financial aspects of the business. Prior to joining Arlington Properties, Mr. Daniel spent 10 years in public accounting with concentrations in real estate development and construction. Mr. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a native of Brewton, Alabama.

Reba Doyle has been with Arlington Properties since October 2004 and has served as Human Resources Director since 2006 for Arlington Properties, Inc. and Arlington Construction Services, LLC. Ms. Doyle oversees all Human Resources functions for both companies. Before joining Arlington Properties, she worked for 30 years with BellSouth Telecommunications (now AT&T) with 15 of those years dedicated to multiple areas of Human Resources support. She is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.

Roy Wester joined Arlington Construction Services in April 1977 as an estimator. He moved through the ranks to project manager, vice president, and president of Arlington Construction Services. He has more than 30 years
of real estate construction experience. The construction arm of Arlington Properties, ACS primarily provides construction services for the company's various multifamily, retail, and office properties. The company also maintains Arlington's more than 8,000 managed units across the Southeast. Mr. Wester is a graduate of Gadsden State and Gadsden Technical College and a native of Sand Rock, Alabama.

Billy Ward joined Arlington Construction Services (Cahaba Building Company at the time) in September 1987. He is responsible for estimating and managing new construction projects as well as improvements to existing properties. These projects consist of apartments, condominiums, and retail space. Prior to joining Arlington Construction Services, he worked in industrial construction and was a partner in a home building and furniture manufacturing company.

Joe Hiott joined Arlington Construction Services, LLC, in March 2006. He is responsible for overall construction management of numerous multifamily and commercial building projects. Mr. Hiott is state licensed in Florida and Alabama and has more than 37 years experience in all phases of residential, commercial, and institutional construction. Prior to joining Arlington Construction Services, LLC., Mr. Hiott owned and operated Hiott Contracting Inc. for 26 years in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Graham Black joined Arlington Construction Services, LLC in July 2007. He is responsible for developing and managing construction budgets, scheduling, contracting, and ensuring the delivery of a quality finished product. Mr. Black earned a bachelor's degree in managerial economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia, and has more than 10 years of commercial and high-end residential construction experience in Mississippi, Florida, and Alabama. Mr. Black is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and a native of Birmingham, Alabama.

Jim Dixon joined Arlington Properties in February 1998 and was named vice president of development in August 2001 and executive vice president in 2008. He has served on the Community Board of Operation New Birmingham, the Alys Stephens Young Patrons Board, the Birmingham Museum of Art Corporate Council, the Compass Bank Young Executive's Board, and is a member of the 2009 class of Leadership Birmingham. Mr. Dixon received his master's of public and private management from Birmingham-Southern College and a bachelor's degree from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Bill Dobbins joined Arlington Properties in September 2001. He is responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities for the company and managing those investments through completion of construction, at which time the Property Management division assumes responsibility of the community. Mr. Dobbins has guided the company's development efforts through the entitlement, acquisition, design, construction, and sale phases. Currently, Mr. Dobbins is leading the development of mixed-use, single family, apartment, and condominium projects in Alabama and Florida with capital investments of more than $200 million. Mr. Dobbins holds a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Montevallo and a master's in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dave Ellis joined Arlington Properties in November 2007. He is responsible for the sourcing and management of new development opportunities. Prior to joining Arlington, Mr. Ellis spent two years at The Pivotal Group where he focused on the development of coastal condominiums. He began his career at AmSouth Bank, where he was a commercial real estate lender for six years. David McLean joined Arlington Properties in June 2007 as development construction manager. He is responsible for management and oversight of all development construction projects and delivering the highest quality end product within the confines of the design and standards set by senior management. Prior to joining Arlington, he was a senior project manager in charge of condominium development as well as land development for WCI Communities Inc. in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. McLean holds a bachelor's degree in construction technology and a bachelor's degree in drafting and design from Appalachian State University. He is a native of Naples, Florida.

James Reffelt is responsible for all oversight, direction, and performance of Arlington Properties' multifamily and retail portfolios. With more than 18 years of experience in property management, Mr. Reffelt brings significant leadership, knowledge, and proficiency to Arlington Properties. Mr. Reffelt joined Arlington Properties in December 2003. Prior to that, he was the eastern region vice president at Fore Property Company in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was senior regional manager at Equity Residential Properties. In these positions, he oversaw multifamily portfolios in markets including Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, the Carolinas, Nevada, Colorado, and California. Mr. Reffelt holds a bachelor's degree in international affairs from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has sat on the boards of Las Vegas and Northern Virginia Apartment Associations and is past president of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association.

Sara Soleymani joined Arlington Properties in February 1999. She is actively involved in the company's operations, technology-related initiatives, communications, acquisitions, marketing and training. Tammy Wyble is responsible for the oversight and performance of 17 multifamily properties managed by Arlington Properties. Jennifer Bradford joined Arlington Properties in February 2004 as a community manager and in 2007 was promoted to her current position of regional manager of the Gulf Coast Properties which includes properties in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Ms. Bradford was named Rookie of the Year in 2005 and Manager of the Year in 2006. Prior to joining Arlington Properties, she served as a property manager for Schaedle Worthington-Hyde Properties as well as Colonial Properties Trust. For the past four years, Ms. Bradford has served as an owner representative for the Mobile Bay Apartment Association. She attended Free Gospel Bible Institute in Export, Pennsylvania, where she served as the Institute's choir pianist.

She has overseen properties in several states throughout the Southeast and currently manages a portfolio of 10 apartment communities in central Alabama. She is a member of the Birmingham Area Board of Realtors, has an Alabama Real Estate License, is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has been a Certified Property Manager for 18 years.

Branchford Arthur is responsible for the oversight, direction, and performance of affordable properties. He has more than 24 years of experience in property management and he specializes in Section 8, Tax Credit and a host of other affordable programs. Prior to joining Arlington Properties in November 2005, Mr. Arthur was a senior area manager with McCormack Baron and Ragan and before that was a district manager with Interstate Realty. His tenure with these companies afforded him the opportunity to oversee multifamily portfolios in Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Arthur attended Rutledge Community College in Huntington, West Virginia, and his professional designations include CPM, ARM, HCCP, and Fair Housing Coordinator. He has also served as an Institute of Real Estate Management faculty member for more than 10 years and currently serves as the Alabama state meeting representative with the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association.

Meg Good has worked in property management for more than four years and has been with Arlington Properties since September 2006. In September 2007 she was promoted to her current position with Arlington Properties where she oversees six properties in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Prior to joining Arlington Properties, Ms. Good held property manager positions with The Byran Company and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. She serves as president of a commercial landowner's association in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ms. Good holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications/Journalism from Southeastern Louisiana University.
